We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. However, if there are any issues with your purchase we'd be happy to help fix the problem. You can return your purchase for a refund, but we may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected.
Returns of full-price merchandise are accepted within 15 days of receipt of purchase. Refunds will be issued in its original form of payment. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and must have all tags and accessories attached.
Merchandise marked as "Final Sale," or discounted at 50% or more is considered as final sale, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Upon submitting your return at email@example.com you will receive a return label via email. A fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your refund to use this label (if you use your own return carrier you are responsible for the return shipping costs).
All of our merchandise is quality-inspected prior to shipment. If you find a product to be defective, please notify our Returns Department as soon as possible. Please note that we do not take any responsibility for covering the costs related to shipping, duties, or taxes for international returns.
All returns are processed through our Returns Department at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that returns cannot be accepted without a Returns Authorization Number (RMA). A RMA must be requested within 15 days of your order delivery. A RMA is issued solely as a preliminary return management measure. Please note that a RMA does not guarantee that a return will be accepted if the merchandise is found to be damaged, missing original tags, or otherwise not in its original condition. Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive an email notification. Please allow our Returns Department at least 24-48 business hours to process your request.
How to Return Merchandise by Mail
Before mailing the item you wish to return please keep in mind that all returns must be accompanied by a RMA and original receipt or packing slip. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.

Package the merchandise in its original container, only if available. Enclose the original receipt or packing slip, writing the RMA on top right corner. If you wish no to use our return label, please note that returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer and shipped via the carrier of your choice.

Unfortunately, Cayena does not currently offer exchanges on merchandise purchased on our website. If you are looking for a different size and/or color for an item already purchased, simply return the item in your possession and place a new order for the desired item.
