Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) and pending on availability as well as credit verification. All orders received on weekdays after 12pm ET, on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any modifications or cancellations to that order.
Orders do not ship on the same day they are placed. Please allow 2 - 3 business days after placing your order for processing. Cayena will contact you with a follow-up email.
Cayena do not take any responsibility for covering the costs related to taxes or duties for international orders. Orders shipping to the U.S will have free shipping.

To track the progress of your shipped order via USPS
Find the USPS tracking number in the shipping confirmation email that was sent to you.
Clicking on the tracking number should take you to your item’s tracking page on the USPS website. If clicking on the number doesn’t work automatically, simply visit www.usps.com and enter your tracking number to track your order’s shipment.
